Harem, originally derived from Arabic word meaning ''prohibited" was the place where all women of the palace were living. All men without permission besides the Sultan(the Ruler) were prohibited to enter the Harem.

Through out the history, the population of the Harem is said to reach 400 women, including Sultan's mother, wives and their maids.

Harem, being a place for many stories, was one of the most exotic places in the palace where also many delicious meals were tasted.

Harem in Tokyo is created for our customers to taste Turkish cuisine, one of the three famous cuisines of the world for it's varieties during Ottoman period.

The interior and the furniture designed and produced by us, all glass wares, chinas, tiles, fabrics and decorative items are brought for you from Turkey to enjoy the atmosphere with Sultan's kitchen.

インテリアや家具は私達がデザインし、トルコでつくりました。
